Senior Technical Trainer

Requirements

• Performs end user training for custom software solutions
• Instruct participants in one-on-one, small group, large group, virtual, and ad hoc training sessions
• Develop, organize, and deliver technical training and related materials
• Work with customer and functional organizations to establish training content and objectives
• Conduct training needs analysis
• Design curriculum for distance learning materials
• Review application development user stories and features to determine training impact and conduct research necessary to develop and revise training materials
• Develop interactive training
• Conduct Peer and Design review of training material for accuracy
• Ensure training content is accurate based on outside feedback
• Monitor training changes and updates for dissemination and implementation
• Analyze existing training materials and make recommendations to update training processes to satisfy customer objectives
• Manage multiple training projects simultaneously
• Establish a project training plan including audience, approach, design, and list of deliverables
• Use independent decision-making to design and develop training materials
• Prepare student materials
• Ensure all training materials are clear, concise, instructionally sound, and directly support learning objectives
• Provide support for coordinating, developing, and delivering remote training to the user community
• Prepare reports and monitor training tasks
• Provide input to the Training Manager on areas of continuous improvement
