Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to develop clear, accurate, and maintainable documentation supporting complex systems, operational workflows, and customer deployments. The role supports Agile Scrum teams and operational stakeholders by delivering documentation aligned with release readiness, deployment execution, operational support, troubleshooting effectiveness, and customer enablement.
What You Will Do
Research, write, validate, maintain, and continuously improve end-to-end system-level and product documentation, create and maintain technical documentation, and align documentation deliverables with release readiness milestones.

Requirements

- Portfolio demonstrating the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to multiple audiences or completion of a writing assignment to be given during the interview process
