Senior Technology Architect

As a Senior Technology Architect, you will lead the architecture, design, and governance of enterprise payment, gateway, and digital transaction platforms. You will develop scalable solution architectures supporting cloud modernization, API-first strategies, and distributed systems. You will partner with business, product, security, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include leading complex integrations across internal platforms, third-party vendors, fintech partners, and payment networks. You will drive application resiliency, high availability, performance optimization, and operational excellence across critical systems. You will also evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve scalability, automation, security, and customer experience.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires strong expertise in Payments, Merchant Services, Payment Gateways, or high-volume transaction processing systems. You will have experience designing and governing API, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures. You will also have a strong understanding of Security Architecture, authentication, authorization, encryption, and risk management principles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 10 years experience with the concepts, philosophies and tools behind the design of applications, information and underlying information technologies
• At least 10 years experience with developing and implementing applications
