What You Will Do
Lead and negotiate complex technology and commercial transactions, advise clients on blockchain and crypto-related deals, draft and review commercial agreements and technology contracts.

Requirements

- Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction required
