Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC. The successful candidate will support our EIS Support Team with Circuit Provisioning functions, managing and tracking telecom service requests, and working closely with project managers and engineers to meet customer's unique requirements.
What You Will Do
The Senior Telecommunications Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and approving technical specifications, tracking order status, and providing timely and accurate updates to customers. They will also work closely with data network engineers and voice engineers to review engineering specifications and utilize telco carrier's online portals to process orders.

Requirements
- A minimum of eight (8) years' relevant experience in provisioning Voice and Data Telecommunication Circuit Order/Implementations Services
- Experience in M-A-C (Move, Add and Change) day-to-day environment
- Knowledge of Ethernet optical and electrical LAN and WAN hand-off types
- Ability to resolve complex issues
