Requirements

  • Provides excellent customer service
  • Processes a variety of transactions
  • Assists tellers with escalated and complex transactions
  • Performs vault duties
  • Responds to routine inquiries regarding bank products and services
  • Offers notary service
  • May assist branch management and/or lead teller with teller reports
  • Performs branch opening and closing duties
  • Open new accounts and cross sells bank products and services
  • Inputs customer information and prepares required documentation to open new accounts
  • Performs general maintenance on customer accounts and provides customer service
