Senior Territory Manager

As a Territory Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping customer relationships and driving business growth. You'll be the customer champion, own and nurture the customer relationship, and drive sales success through delivering impactful sales presentations and tailoring your sales approach to individual customers.

What You Will Do

You'll be responsible for selling to customers, increasing case growth, and acquiring new business. You'll work collaboratively with our Specialists to assist with top penetration opportunities and new accounts opening, and you'll also work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure seamless product delivery.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience
• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good motor vehicle record
• Selling experience to restaurants preferred
• Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• A competitive spirit with a drive to exceed goals
• Problem solving ability / organization and negotiation skills
• Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Tech-savviness – proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus
