Role OverviewAs a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing software solutions. You'll work as an integral member of a cross-functional Agile Scrum Team, developing and executing comprehensive test strategies that support rapid, iterative delivery while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
What You Will Do
Lead planning, development, execution, and documentation of comprehensive test strategies for complex software systems. Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
You'll collaborate daily with software engineers, product managers, system engineers, and Scrum Masters to define acceptance criteria and ensure quality is built into every release. You'll also mentor junior test engineers and promote quality engineering best practices across the program.
Requirements
- US citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or related field
- 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience
- 8+ years of software testing or quality engineering experience
- Experience developing and executing automated test solutions using modern testing frameworks
- Experience testing distributed, cloud-based, or enterprise applications
- Demonstrated experience creating and executing manual and automated test plans
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira
- Ability to communicate results and issues to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders
