Role OverviewWe are seeking a self-starter Sr. Title Agent for an onsite position in Hereford, Texas. The individual must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in right-of-way title research.
What You Will Do
The Sr. Title Agent will perform tasks such as pulling tax cards, locating source deeds, and preparing Chain of Title and Limited Title Certificates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have excellent computer knowledge, be able to navigate multiple client databases, and have experience with geoAMPS or Pandell Projects and ESRI GIS software.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in right-of-way title research
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Well-qualified in a specialized area such as Indian land title, government title, mortgages, liens, etc.
- Good understanding of mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, leases, plat books, maps, contracts, and agreements
- Excellent computer knowledge through effective use of software including Microsoft Office applications and database use
