Job Description

Requirements
5+ years of IT operations or TOC/NOC experience.
Extensive hands-on SolarWinds experience (NPM, NTA, SAM, alert tuning, dashboards).
Proven Tier 3 troubleshooting expertise across networks, servers, cloud environments, virtualization, and applications.
Strong incident management skills, including leading outages and technical triage.
Deep observability expertise using SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Splunk, telemetry, and analytics.
