Job Description
Janney is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Data & Process Analyst to support the delivery of accurate, timely, and reliable HR data and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent through experience
  • 5–8+ years of experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or similar roles within a large, complex organization
  • Strong experience with HR data reporting, data entry processes, and auditing of large data sets
  • Proficiency in Dayforce Reporting, WFM, Employee benefits concepts and Employee lifecycle
  • High Proficiency in Excel, Power BI or other Data visualization tools
  • Exposure to Compensation, Benefits specific tools and portals
  • Interest in or exposure to AI tools and automation technologies
