Role OverviewAmazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Regulation Tech & Assurance team within Amazon Privacy. The Senior TPM will operate at the intersection of AI regulation, data governance, and technical implementation, translating complex legal obligations into enforceable controls, scalable compliance architectures, and measurable outcomes.

The Senior TPM will be responsible for leading cross-functional design, implementation, and delivery of compliance solutions, as well as participating in high-judgment debates across senior business, technology, legal, and public policy leaders.

Requirements
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Base salary range: $148,700.00 - $201,200.00 USD annually
