Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in facilities management, trade management, construction, asset management, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Business, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
  • Serve as the enterprise owner for a national facilities program across a large property portfolio
  • Establish and maintain standardized technical standards, specifications, and operating frameworks across markets
  • Own financial oversight for assigned programs, including budget planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly reporting
