Role Overview

The Senior Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs to educate staff on various topics, including customer service, compliance, banking procedures, and product knowledge. The role involves designing materials, conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

What You Will Do

The Senior Trainer will train staff on operational policies and procedures, review job descriptions and training checklists, and communicate with supervisors to inform them of employee status. The role also involves performing branch visits, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and delivering a range of training modalities.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 64 hours of course credit or equivalent experience
  • Three (3) years' experience assessing and meeting member needs, with two (2) of those years at a financial institution
  • 2-year coaching and/or training staff experience
  • Teller/Member Service experience preferred
  • Strong Public Speaking and Presentations skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate through process and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel
