Role OverviewUnder limited supervision, performs a variety of instructional support functions including analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of training. Provides trainees with the knowledge and skills required to perform their jobs safely and competently.
What You Will Do
Significant involvement with identification of training needs, conducting trainee evaluation and remediation, maintaining accurate records and files in support of training, and performing evaluation of training effectiveness.

Must be a US Citizen, with 12 years of relevant experience in education or in the field being instructed, or 10 years of SRS facility operations experience. Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- HS Diploma + 12 Years Relevant Experience in Education or in the field being instructed or 10 years SRS facility operations experience
- AS Degree +8 Years Relevant Experience in Education or in the field being instructed
- BS/BA Degree + 4 Years Relevant Experience in Education or in the field being instructed
- 10+ years specialized experience as a qualified/certified Rigger or Mobile Crane operator
- Substantial expertise and working knowledge of rigging and crane operations, standards, and practices is highly preferred
- Proficient in curriculum development
- Familiarity with applicable Federal Laws, DOE Orders, and SRS policies concerning Training and Rigging/Crane equipment operations
