Requirements
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resource Development, Exercise Science, or a related field
- Professional Certification/License
- 10–13 years of progressive experience in instructional leadership, program development, education, or workforce training coordination
