Role OverviewThe Senior Transformation Manager supports the Director in operationalizing and governing the testing transformation strategy across Testing Services. This role is responsible for translating the approved transformation roadmap into actionable plans, coordinating across delivery teams and Gainwell stakeholders, and ensuring effective execution oversight, adoption, and benefits realization.
What You Will Do
Execute enterprise transformation strategy, establish transformation priorities, execute transformation communication and change adoption strategy, execute transformation success metrics, drive continuous improvement, ensure execution aligns with approved transformation plans, and define/enhance and maintain the high-level RACI model.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in testing, quality engineering, or technology delivery

- 3–5+ years of experience in transformation, process improvement, or CoE initiatives
- Strong understanding of STLC, ALM tools, automation frameworks, and TMMi testing model

- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and drive change adoption
