Role OverviewThe Senior Transportation Analyst III is a seasoned transportation leader responsible for end-to-end load planning in OTM, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and owning carrier performance management and executive reporting. This role leverages deep TMS expertise and advanced analytics to optimize transportation operations, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.
What You Will Do
Own load planning processes in OTM, including planning rules, optimization strategies, and system enhancements. Optimize routing and improve transportation network efficiency. Analyze transportation data and KPIs to identify trends, reduce costs, and drive performance improvements.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (Oracle, SAP, Blue Yonder, OTM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
