Role OverviewAs a Senior Graphic Designer in HDR's Transportation Business Group, you'll help shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You'll work on designing resilient highways, iconic bridges, transit systems, and other transportation infrastructure. Your contributions will directly support economic vitality, public safety, sustainable communities, and quality of life.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include planning and delivering projects from concept to completion, collaborating with designers and clients, developing corporate and marketing materials, presenting and contributing as a creative lead, and providing creative leadership and mentorship to the team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or Fine Arts related field of study or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to design a wide variety of styles
- Eye for design details, such as typography, alignment, hierarchy, etc
- Strong portfolio showing design experience
- Understanding of branding/brand development, communications, and research
- Proficiency in customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, flexibility, time management, project management, detail oriented, leadership, and teamwork
