Role OverviewAs a Senior Transportation Project Manager at HDR, you will help shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You will work on large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff. Your work will directly support economic vitality, public safety, sustainable and resilient communities, and quality of life.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include directing and coordinating work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle, producing and coordinating several projects concurrently, establishing and maintaining client relations, and tracking financial aspects of projects.

Requirements
- Master's degree
- PMP certification
- 5 Years of experience working on projects with state departments of transportation or equivalent
- Knowledge of Highway Capacity Manual, Highway Safety Manual, experience working with or for KYTC or TDOT
- Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience
- 10 years related experience
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
