Role OverviewThe Senior Treasury Analyst will support Capital Markets activities with a primary focus on lender reporting, collateral analysis, borrowing base preparation, compliance monitoring, and recurring reporting. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and well-controlled reporting to lenders and other external stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Prepare, validate, and distribute lender reporting packages, maintain a detailed reporting calendar, monitor eligibility criteria, reconcile loan-level collateral data, interpret and apply credit agreement definitions, and respond to lender questions.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have strong Excel modeling and data validation skills, experience working with loan-level data, and excellent communication skills. Ability to interpret credit agreements and indentures is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of prior experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, or similar role
- Strong Excel modeling and data validation skills
- Experience working with loan-level data, SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data tools
- Excellent communication skills with acute attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve
- Demonstrated ability to work under recurring deadline pressure with a high degree of accuracy
