Role OverviewServe as Senior Trust Officer on a variety of trusts, ensuring administration in accordance with laws, regulations, and trust terms. On-board new trusts, apply Nevada Probate Code principles, and manage client relationships.
What You Will Do
Administer trusts, review documents, marshal assets, prepare internal account set-up forms, and perform annual reviews. Determine beneficiary distribution amounts and frequency, and present discretionary distributions for Trust Committee approval.
Why It Might Be a Fit
8+ years of trust administration experience, with a focus on customer service for high net-worth clients. Experience with ultra-high net worth multi-generational families and sophisticated trust structures is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Trust Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or Law
- Additional certification (JD /MBA/CTFA/CFP/CPA) is strongly preferred
- 8+ years of trust administration or planning experience
- Experience with ultra-high net worth multi-generational families and sophisticated trust structures
- Strong preference for previous experience with ClientPoint, TrustDesk and/or OneSource
