Job Description
As a Senior UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) Robotics Engineer at Elbit America, this role involves developing and implementing UHV robotic process/equipment improvements, integrating new elements of process control-measurement systems, and software coding designs. The engineer works in new projects, supports equipment modifications, and assists technical support teams with advanced troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Minimum BS Physics, BSCS, BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent curriculum and courses in mechatronics/automation/system integration, programming with 6 years' experience, an MS with 3 years of experience or a PhD
  • Working knowledge of electronic components and systems controlled by software
  • Industrial Networking, PLC and PC based control systems environments
  • Robotics and mechatronics experience
  • Practical understanding and motivation to learn/apply developed skills to control electronic components and interfaced systems
