Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic UI/UX designer to own the complete user experience and user interface design of the overall Render system. This role will ensure that Render's solutions are intuitive, efficient, and elegantly designed, and delivers measurable impact for customers building and managing large-scale network deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer experience design, user experience design, or a similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing experience in user research, journey mapping, and interaction design for both web and mobile platforms.
  • Specific experience in the design of digital mapping solutions
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a virtual and distributed work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player who can work independently as well.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Experience in field-worker-oriented software solutions for construction, field service management, or data collection (preferred)
