You will lead financial conversations with members, build relationships, provide expert support on accounts and loans, mentor and support Universal Bankers, and drive branch success through sales and service excellence.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales or customer service experience (or related higher education)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and sound judgment
- Active listening skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate proactively
- High attention to detail
- Comfort using the Microsoft Office Suite and digital tools
- Basic math skills
