Role OverviewPeloton is seeking a Senior User Researcher to support the innovation, iteration, and optimization of our Bike, Tread, and Row products, as well as the development of future Peloton products and experiences. The Senior User Researcher will work directly with Product Managers, Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Field Testing Program Managers, Data Scientists, and Product Designers.
What You Will Do
Conduct user research for hardware and software, and the interaction between the two. Compile and present findings to stakeholders to enable strategic product decisions and design product improvements.
