Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Utility Management Services Lead within our Utility Management Services (UMS) group. This position will serve as a client service manager, project manager, planning and technical resource to regional and national teams, and a leader to develop and implement regional and Water Business Group initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience in the wastewater, drinking water, or water resources sector
  • Strong technical background and experience in designing, operating, maintaining, and/or managing treatment, collection, and/or distribution systems
  • Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills
  • Proven project leadership, project management (staffing, schedule, and budget), and mentoring skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint required
  • Excellent team player with the ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams
  • Very strong skills in preparing client presentations, project memoranda, and reports is required
  • Experienced in development and management of strategic positioning and technical differentiation for utility management services
  • Experienced in development and management of a wide range of client relationships and specific program and/or project pursuits
