HDR is seeking a Senior Utility Management Services Lead to help municipal wastewater, drinking water, and stormwater clients address complex challenges. The role will involve managing projects, developing and implementing regional and national initiatives, and leading teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience in the wastewater, drinking water, or water resources sector
  • Strong technical background in designing, operating, maintaining, and/or managing treatment, collection, and/or distribution systems
  • Demonstrated business development and strategic planning skills
  • Good communication and mentoring skills
  • Proven project leadership and project management skills
