Role OverviewThe Hyperfabric Engineering Team is building a Cloud-based Data Center Infrastructure Management as a Service product for AI and Edge Computing workloads. This Senior UX Designer role focuses on turning complex technical problems into clear, approachable experiences, working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, architects, researchers, and QA.
What You Will Do
You will own the end-to-end UX process for significant product areas, from discovery and research through interaction design, prototyping, implementation handoff, and post-release learning. Responsibilities include leading UX design, simplifying complex technical problems, using customer research to influence product direction, and partnering with cross-functional teams to align requirements and trade-offs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience, Master's degree plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years
- Experience leading complex digital products from discovery through implementation and validation with product and engineering teams
- A portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, visual design, systems thinking, and proficiency with tools such as Figma
