Job Description
Aquia is a rapidly growing digital services firm specializing in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance automation for the U.S. government. They are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to join their team and support digital products for Veterans and the Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring product decisions are informed by user needs and data.
Requirements
Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs across product lifecycle.
Collaborate with researchers to integrate user insights into design decisions.
Contribute to and extend design systems and component libraries.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and technical feasibility.
Document design decisions and maintain clear design artifacts.
Mentor peers and lead design critiques.
