What You Will Do
Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery across digital products, conduct user research, analyze user behavior, define UX strategies, create user journeys, design wireframes, and produce UX documentation.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Demonstrated experience working with U.S.-based or global enterprise clients
- Experience designing responsive web applications
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles
- Ability to produce clear UX documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- A strong online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2)
