Job Description
Austin Commercial is seeking a Senior VDC Manager for our Houston Texas Division. We are looking for a talented construction professional to join our team and contribute to our commitment to safety, service, and integrity.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of construction related BIM/VDC processes and project delivery methods and their impact on BIM/VDC services
  • Advanced knowledge of BIM/VDC software, service implementation, and management
  • Proven leadership qualities from previous project roles and strong communication and public speaking skills
  • Advanced understanding of construction terminology and processes; construction materials and systems; and drawings and specifications
  • Advanced understanding of planning and scheduling concepts and advanced understanding of construction work sequencing
  • Advanced understanding of quality control principles
