Role OverviewThis is the lead finance role for Brainlabs' North America region. You'll sit on the NAmer Leadership Team and act as the financial conscience and strategic partner to the leadership group.

Leadership team partnership, forecasting & planning, analysis & commercial insight, cash flow & working capital, compliance & controls, team leadership, systems, AI & transformation, group alignment.

Qualified through a recognized accounting body with 12+ years finance experience, proven finance leader with experience as a regional Finance Director or VP of Finance, comfortable operating at leadership table level, deep forecasting and analytical capability.
Requirements
- Qualified through a recognized accounting body (CPA or equivalent)
- 12+ years finance experience
- 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Professional services, tech enabled services or media background
- Proven finance leader with experience as a regional Finance Director or VP of Finance
