Role OverviewThe Senior Vice President of Hospital Operations will oversee hospital operations, provide strategic leadership, and support the hospital board. This role will lead and collaborate with the consulting team to analyze, design, schedule, implement, and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
What You Will Do
Manage and mentor a team of subject matter experts, execute and complete assigned projects, work with clients to identify solutions to their healthcare problems, and develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and CHC's owned, leased, and managed hospitals.

The ideal candidate will have ten-plus years of experience working with senior-level executives and physicians in hospitals and hospital Boards of Directors, and three years of experience working in a consultative capacity with hospital senior executives.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business, healthcare administration or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
- Ten-plus years of experience working with senior-level executives and physicians in hospitals and hospital Boards of Directors
- Three years of experience working in a consultative capacity with hospital senior executives
- Strong hospital operations background
- Demonstrated strong service orientation and a record of success in entrepreneurial service organizations
