Role OverviewThe Senior Vice President of Human Resources will have global responsibility for all aspects of the human resource function, including talent acquisition, training and development, compensation and benefits, succession planning, diversity, and HR operations. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be a member of the executive leadership team.
What You Will Do
The SVP Human Resources will provide overall direction and guidance to the global human resources department, serve as a business partner to key operating executives, and represent division needs and point of view with parent company to ensure appropriate corporate resources and programs are in place to meet overall business needs.
