Job Description
The Senior Vice President of Information Technology is responsible for establishing and executing the enterprise technology vision in alignment with ReaderLink's strategic objectives. This executive leader oversees all aspects of technology strategy, infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data governance, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
Develop and execute an enterprise-wide IT strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate objectives, customer expectations, and Readerlink technology standards.
Lead enterprise digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, cost management, supply chain optimization, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making.
Establish and maintain enterprise data governance, analytics, and business intelligence strategies to ensure integrity, accessibility, and security of organizational data assets.
Strengthen cybersecurity posture by implementing industry-recognized security frameworks, managing enterprise risk, ensuring regulatory and partner compliance, and overseeing incident response and business continuity planning.
Lead IT financial planning, including capital and operating budgets, cost optimization strategies, ROI analysis, and long-term investment planning.
Manage vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and performance management processes to ensure service excellence and value realization.
