Role OverviewThe Senior Vice President of Operations will lead the Payer vertical, overseeing Patient Access, Out of State Medicaid (OOSMA) Billing, Insurance Denials and Management, and Workers’ Compensation. They will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and drive operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include leading assigned operations, mentoring and developing leaders, managing budgets and forecasts, and improving workflows and productivity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle experience
- 5 years in executive leadership
- Strong knowledge of patient access, Medicaid reimbursement, insurance denials and account management, and Workers’ Compensation services
- Demonstrated success managing financial results, developing leaders, and overseeing geographically dispersed teams
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and client relationship skills
- Experience with revenue cycle technology, automation, and operational improvement
