Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, CPA, CIA, or related certification preferred
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including multi-region oversight and direct P&L responsibility
- Proven success building and managing high-performing sales teams in a professional services environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
- High emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
