Role Overview

Lead the Southeast Region's revenue performance, sales strategy execution, and team development as a key member of RGP's leadership team.

Lead the market with full P&L responsibility, set and drive business development goals, inspire and mentor a senior sales team, and build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500/1000 clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, CPA, CIA, or related certification preferred

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
  • High emotional intelligence, strong business acumen, and a collaborative, team-first mindset
