Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance and Operations

As the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance & Operations, you will lead the operational and financial infrastructure that enables Siftwell to scale. You will translate the company's long-term strategy into disciplined execution by advancing the company's operating model, business operations, governance, and financial infrastructure to support its next stage of growth.

What You Will Do

Lead business operations, provide executive oversight of the company operating model, oversee day-to-day legal and governance, partner with the CEO and President to translate long-term strategy into executable operating plans, and champion capital efficiency across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required plus a minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience
• 12+ years of progressive experience spanning business operations, strategic planning, finance, and executive leadership
• Track record of building or maturing finance and operations functions
• Experience building scalable operating systems, cross-functional planning processes, and executive operating cadences
• Fluency in SaaS growth metrics, including ARR, net revenue retention, CAC/LTV, and burn multiple
• Direct experience leading or supporting venture financings, including convertible instruments and priced equity rounds
• Demonstrated commitment to capital efficiency, with a track record of scaling a company responsibly
