The Senior Vice President of Operations will oversee and manage operations across their healthcare network, including a surgical center and diagnostic center, with a competitive compensation and growth potential.
Requirements
10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, particularly within multispecialty clinics, surgical centers, or diagnostic centers
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry in South Florida
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Proven track record of managing large, complex healthcare operations
Experience with financial management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement
