Job Description
The Senior Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor is responsible for providing independent professional vocational rehabilitation counseling to individuals with a diversity of disabilities, providing and coordinating complex services, and providing technical assistance on vocational rehabilitation issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field of study reasonably related to vocational rehabilitation
  • 2 years of paid or unpaid experience in direct work with individuals with disabilities, advocacy activities, direct experience as an employer, or experience in human resources, recruitment, or supervision
  • Ability to interact courteously with others, balance multiple and competing priorities, and maintain goal-directed behavior and performance under stressful conditions
