Join Dolby as a Senior Volumetric Imaging Researcher to help design the future of entertainment innovation. You'll work on cutting-edge research in spatial scene representation, rendering, and generation, incorporating multiple modalities to achieve immersive experiences.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Applied Math, Physics, or related field, or M.S. with at least 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Strong, relevant, publication record in top-tier conferences or journals
  • Deep expertise in any of view synthesis, light-field research, multimodal representation, NeRF or Gaussian Splatting, multimodal generation, scene editing, relighting, or sound fields
  • Experience with integrating multiple modalities
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++
  • Strong background in deep learning–based methods, foundational models, GANs, and proficiency with frameworks such as Pytorch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team mindset with the ability to work across research and engineering
