HDR is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead complex projects, support staff development, and help strengthen the company's presence in the Billings market. The role offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced local team, gradually stepping into expanded leadership and client responsibility.

Requirements

  • Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams
  • Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity
  • Establish and maintain client relations
  • Track financial aspects of projects
  • Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
