Operate and maintain web presses and auxiliary equipment, guide crew to meet production standards, and perform routine and preventive maintenance.

Requirements
- 3 – 5+ years of experience as a multicolor web press operator
- Ability to lead and foster growth and development on the team
- Knowledgeable of press set-up and maintenance procedures
- Effective communications skills with all levels within the organization
- Basic computer skills
