Job Description
The Senior Wedding & Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the strategic sales, planning, and execution of weddings and social events at the resort.

Requirements

  • Proactively solicit, negotiate, and close wedding and social event business to meet or exceed established revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, booking pace reports, and revenue tracking.
  • Ensure a high level of personalized service and relationship management for VIP and repeat clients.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Banquets, Catering, Culinary, Rooms, and other resort departments to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Maintain detailed client files, contracts, and event documentation within the sales and event management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
