Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Compensation & Benefits Specialist/Analyst to support and optimize the client's compensation and benefits programs within Workday. This role combines strong HRIS expertise with compensation and benefits knowledge to ensure accurate employee data, effective program administration, compliance, reporting, and a positive employee experience.
What You Will Do
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday compensation and benefits processes and functionality. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday business processes related to compensation and benefits.

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HRIS, compensation, benefits, or related HR operations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, particularly Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles and processes.
- Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, configuration, and data management.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
