Job Description
Senior Workplace Integrity Manager at Novo Nordisk responsible for conducting investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and partnering with stakeholders to develop action plans. Reports to Director – Employee Relations and Workplace Integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Juris Doctorate law degree or Advanced Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience conducting workplace, EEO, employment, and labor investigations
  • Experience in interview techniques, record keeping, research, and data analysis
  • Expert understanding of EEO laws, policies, and federal legislation
