As a Senior Engineer Manager - Upstream, you will be responsible for the department capital portfolio and project management of small capital projects at the drug substance facility in ANC. You will lead a team of manufacturing support engineers and provide technical leadership, cultivating a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Engineering and/or Project Management experience OR
  • Associate’s degree and 10 years of Engineering and/or Project Management experience OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Engineering and/or Project Management experience OR
  • Master’s degree and 6 years of Engineering and/or Project Management experience OR
  • Doctorate degree and 2 years of Engineering and/or Project Management experience
