Role OverviewThe SEO Specialist III will serve as a subject matter expert within SEO, demonstrating Mouser business acumen and developing optimization strategies to increase Mouser's search engine result rankings. They will perform competitive analysis, develop reporting, and recommend improvements for SEO at the site level. Additionally, they will mentor peers in learning and building proficiency in Mouser, Internet Business, business analysis, and SEO Specialist skills.
What You Will Do
The SEO Specialist III will review reports to identify and drive SEO initiatives and campaigns, determine the best strategies for maximum SEO optimization opportunities, and research and implement changes on key landing pages for organic ranking success. They will also perform administrative duties, set meetings with external teams, and document SEO industry trends and developments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or work experience
- 4+ years SEO experience required
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, Google Search Console, Lighthouse, Similarweb, BrightEdge, Conductor, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Understanding of SEO guidelines, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
- Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Ability to set and track goals
