Role OverviewJoin us as a Lounge Server at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill hotel. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their beverage and food selections, gaining menu knowledge, and providing exceptional customer service. The right person will have flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 1:00pm - 1:00am.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include assisting guests, maintaining a sanitary environment, and engaging in casual conversation with guests to create an exceptional experience. Other duties may include assisting guests in the Regency Club, general lounge preparation, and other responsibilities as needed.
